A great potato twist on a traditional meal
You love swallow food and we love Irish potato. Sometimes the best ideas are the ones most straightforward. We like this saying from Leonardo da Vinci:
“Human subtlety will never devise an invention more beautiful, more simple or more direct than does nature because in her inventions nothing is lacking, and nothing is superfluous”.
So here is Poundo Potato, a familiar favorite with all the goodness of the finest Irish potatoes. Eat Something Light!
DIRECTION FOR COOKING
1 Heat water to boiling (USE 400ML) water per serving of 125g poundo potato flakes
2 Pour in poundo potato flakes while stirring gently.
3 For your desired dough thickness,add more flakes or water and mix further.
4 Turn down heat and stir for 3-4 minutes till right dough consistency is attained.
5 Serve hot with soup
